Can intimacy coaching cure premature ejaculation?Activities / Feb 1st 2016  at 05:30PM   /   0

Dear KC, I have a problem with premature ejaculation and my doctor hasn't been much help. I don't want to take antidepressants for off-label use (they have side-effects, for one, plus I'm not depressed...just frustrated.) I've tried the squeeze method, numbing products, and talk therapy, with minimal results. Is intimacy coaching different? Can you cure premature ejaculation?

Thank goodness for therapy and medical science because where would we be without both? That said, they're not always effective in treating premature ejaculation.

I'm neither a therapist nor physician, and do not claim to "cure" anything. However, I can and have helped many clients overcome PE and other similar disorders. I'm trained in addressing premature ejaculation, inhibited ejaculation, ED, and other dysfunctions by utilizing experiential modalities therapists and MDs just can't.

Premature ejaculation is the most common of all sexual dysfunctions. The vast majority of men will experience it at least once in their lifetime, and some for an extended period, while still others throughout their lives. The good news is that for APE (acquired premature ejaculation) my success rate is quite high. For lifelong PE, more time and dedication are usually required, yet my clients make good progress there too.

I recommend starting with a series of three sessions, and continuing up to twelve if needed. You don't have to live with premature ejaculation. Great strides can be made in as little as 2-3 sessions. In the meantime, visit my YouTube channel for playlists on pelvic floor muscle tension and relaxation methods. (Then contact me to discuss in more detail.)
